ABOUT THE HOME
Located four blocks from the Nauvoo Temple, this charming Victorian home is situated on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood. The home features four bedrooms and two baths and has been recently remodeled.

The main floor features a large living room with leather sofa, bay windows, and wall to wall carpeting throughout. The full kitchen has new cabinetry, countertop, microwave, toaster, blender and all the utensils needed for meals for a large family. The dining room features an oversized table for a large family. The two bedrooms on the main floor have a queen bed and full bed, and wall-to-wall carpeting. The bathrom features a vanity, and shower/tub combination.

Upstairs is a large landing with a futon that folds down to a full size bed. One bedroom contains two twin beds, and the other bedroom contains three twin beds. The large bathroom has a deep tub, but no shower due to the ceiling configuration upstairs.

The house sleeps 11 and is comfortable with central heat and air conditioning. Also has a stacked washer/dryer in a laundry room off the kitchen. Due to its location in a residental neighborhood, zoning requires a monthly (30 days) lease. The home is rented completely furnished, however, utilities are extra.
