Nauvoo Vacation Rentals is a division of Nauvoo Property Services, LLC. We have been renting homes in Nauvoo since 2002. Our goal is to offer accommodations in and around Nauvoo which provide guests with a home away from home. The homes are completely furnished and include comfortable beds with all the bedding and linens provided. Some also feature sofa sleepers, futons or spare beds for additional guests. Fully equipped kitchens provide refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave allowing you to prepare meals and snacks. See each location's description for details regarding furnishings and amenities. Our goal is to provide you with all the conveniences of home during your stay in Nauvoo, however, all locations are smoke-free and pets are not permitted.

RESERVATION POLICY:

Most of our locations require renting the entire home, however some locations allow for renting by the room or apartment. A security deposit equal to one night's rent is required to make a reservation, and it will be refunded within seven days of your checkout, pending any damages or extensive cleaning required. Rent is due 60 days prior to arrival date and will be processed on the same credit card unless other arrangements are made. Many locations require a two night minimum, but allow for one night reservations for an extra maintenance fee of $50. For longer term rentals during the winter months, please call or email for discounted rates.

Check in is at 4 PM or later, check out is at 11 AM or earlier. A 20% late check-out fee will be held from the deposit, if no prior arrangements are made. The home or apartment will be clean upon your arrival, but there is no cleaning service provided during your stay. Cleaning supplies and laundry facilities are available for guest use at no charge. It is expected that you and your guests will leave the home clean for the next renters, although our property managers will take care of the laundry and make certain the home or apartment is ready for the next guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation of a reservation 60 or more days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.  Cancellations made due to non-payment of rent when due will also result in forfeiture of the security deposit.  Cancellation of this agreement less than 60 days prior to arrival for any reason will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and 50% of rent.  An option to prevent losses from unexpected trip cancellations is travel insurance.  Learn how to cover your vacation with AIG Travel Guard. Because of the number of visitors to Nauvoo, you will need to reserve as soon as possible to guarantee availability (many people are reserving up to a year in advance).
