ABOUT THE HOME
This beautiful Nauvoo home is situated on ten wooded acres in the country, about 8 miles from the temple. It is a split level and perfect for larger groups or families! There is plenty of room for parking, including RVs.

The home features three bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with a full-size futon, on the upper level, sharing a full-bath. The large living room has plenty of seating with a large sofa and love seat. Pianists will enjoy the grand piano! Also enjoy the Overhead Projection system with BluRay player and DISH network available for movie night with the family. High speed wireless internet is available. The spacious kitchen will accommodate large families and has everything you need for your home away from home!

Downstairs is a large family room with a spacious sectional that is also a sofa sleeper. In addition there is queen size bed and beautiful fireplace as a center for family visiting. There is a full bath with shower and tub on this level.

The home has central air-conditioning for comfort during the summer months. The home comfortably sleeps 8 adults with a futon for additional sleeping capacity, and there is room for a couple toddlers in sleeping bags on the floor. Large families will appreciate the seclusion of this home, where there is plenty of room for bar-b-que, family games and fun, yet just a few minutes from historic old Nauvoo!

Note: No guest pets are allowed on the property. There are owner's dogs and cats on the property. Also, the owner resides in the home, but vacates when the home is rented, so personal items are kept in the home.

Base - $200
Summer - $225 (June - August)
Winter - $175 (November - March)

(Plus 6% Hotel/Motel Tax)
